Payment Refund Policy:

In the unlikely event that we fail to meet and complete your project requirements, we offer a 100% refund of the amount paid.
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at payments@queper.com within 15 days of project completion. We will review your request and process the refund within 5 business days.
Please note that refunds will not be issued in cases where we have completed the project as per the agreed-upon requirements. Additionally, any third-party fees or expenses incurred during the project will not be refunded.
